You can determine if cleaning is needed based on the following four aspects:
Abnormal Finished Product Quality: Dirt spots, ink smearing, misregistration, rough edges/incomplete slitting on printed products indicate accumulated dirt on components.
Abnormal Operating Status: Unusual noises, jamming, material feeding deviation, and static electricity buildup suggest residual material buildup.
Abnormal Temperature Increase: Surface temperatures of the motor, bearings, and drivers exceeding 60°C may indicate a clogged cooling filter.
Fixed Cycle Determination: Routine cleaning is recommended every shift; core printing components should be cleaned according to a fixed schedule.
