Daily Maintenance (Before and After Daily Use)
Cleaning and Tidying: Remove debris and paper scraps from the machine body, paying particular attention to cleaning the blades and blade holder. Wipe the surface with a soft cloth, avoiding chemical cleaners. Wipe the entire machine after each workday, cleaning core components such as the printing cylinder to ensure no impurities remain.
Pre-Shift Inspection: Check that the blades are securely installed and sharp, and that all parts are free of looseness or cracks. Confirm that the power supply is functioning correctly.
Basic Lubrication: Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the guide rails, bearings, and other parts as required to ensure smooth operation.
Periodic Maintenance
Weekly Maintenance: Tighten gears, chains, and other transmission components; clean the filter screen; check the rubber blanket and lubricate all designated areas as required.
Monthly Maintenance: Reinforce electrical connections; check the drive belt tension; clean the power cabinet; unclog the oil lines; check the oil level in the oil tank and the filter. Long-term storage maintenance: If the product is not used for more than half a month, clean the glossy surface, apply anti-rust oil, and cover it with a plastic cover; if the product is not used for more than 3 months, cover it with moisture-proof paper.
