Based on previous instructions on the maintenance of integrated printing and slitting machines, the following are common maintenance methods categorized by cycle:
Daily Maintenance (Performed daily/per shift)
Clean the machine body: Every shift, remove waste paper and debris around the machine, wipe off oil stains and paper scraps from the exterior; before starting the machine, clean the lead screw, blades, blade holder, etc., remove foreign objects and dust, and apply oil. Lubricate the lead screw lubrication hole daily. After the machine is idle and stopped, seal the oil seals on the lead screw and other components to prevent rust.
Start-up inspection: Confirm that the air and power supply are stable, check the emergency stop button function, observe the operating status of each component, and immediately stop the machine and troubleshoot if any abnormal noises are heard.
Blade care: Establish a blade usage record; when not in use, apply rust-preventive oil and package them individually.
Weekly Maintenance (Once a week)
Thoroughly wipe the exterior of the machine, removing paper dust, dirt, and oil stains; clean debris from the machine base and impurities from the oil pan; check and tighten transmission parts, anchor bolts, and other fasteners; add grease to parts requiring weekly lubrication according to the lubrication chart.
Monthly Maintenance (once a month)
Core Component Inspection: Check the tension of the drive belt; adjust it promptly if loose. Clean the alignment system sensor head with alcohol. Check the air bladders of the air shaft or differential shaft for wear and leaks.
Electrical Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the vacuum cleaner power cabinet and all oil and water trays. Unclog the oil drain pipes and drain troughs.
Check the oil level in the main lubrication tank and the filter.
Transmission Lubrication: Replenish lubrication to bearings, chains, and other transmission components to reduce friction loss.
