Environmental Precautions
Basic Environmental Requirements: The equipment should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated, well-lit, and easily accessible location. The ambient temperature should be controlled between -10℃ and 40℃, and the humidity should be less than 90%RH.
Avoid high temperatures and humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Keep away from flammable and corrosive gases/liquids, and electromagnetic interference sources. The installation foundation must be stable and vibration-free.
Operational Safety Precautions
Pre-Operation Preparation: Professional training is required before operation. Before operation, familiarize yourself with the equipment's principles and specifications, check the appearance, moving parts, power supply, and air pressure to ensure they are in normal condition, and clear any obstructions from the operating area.
Operating Procedures: Wear full protective gear. Before starting, ensure the cutting blade is securely installed and the raw material is properly secured. Adjust the cutting parameters and speed according to the material.
Do not touch rotating parts or the cutting blade during operation. Maintain focus and refrain from unauthorized operations. If any abnormality occurs, immediately stop the machine for repair. Do not cut materials exceeding the rated thickness. Post-operation processing: After cutting, turn off the power, clean the work area, perform tool maintenance, and keep the area clean to avoid waste accumulation.
