The complete operating procedure for a printing and slitting integrated machine consists of four core stages: startup preparation, parameter setting, production operation, and shutdown/finishing.

Startup Preparation
Check the power and air supply, ensuring the air pressure is ≥0.6 bar and the power voltage is stable. All emergency buttons must be reset.

Check the hydraulic oil level and lubrication levels of all transmission components. Confirm that fasteners are not loose and clean the area around the equipment to remove debris.

Parameter Setting and Loading
Set parameters such as material type, slitting width, and winding length according to production needs, and select the corresponding winding station.

Fix the master roll on the unwinding rack as required, complete the film threading process according to the procedure, and complete the film bonding through the vacuum film bonding station when changing rolls.

Adjust and tighten the slitting blade position, and connect the edge material to the blower recovery system.

Operation and Slitting Control
After confirming that personnel have left the machine, start the equipment after startup preparation. Initially, low-speed operation is recommended for debugging.

During operation, monitor the slitting effect and adjust parameters such as slitting speed, unwinding tension, and contact pressure in real time to ensure that the finished product specifications meet the requirements. Increase the speed only after the process is stable.
