Main Structural Components
The integrated printing and slitting machine mainly consists of the following core components:

Frame and Transmission System: Composed of wall panels, supports, and feeding mechanism. A variable frequency stepless motor drives the rubber rollers, providing traction power.

Take-up Mechanism and Tension Device: Includes a synchronous belt, magnetic powder clutch, and air shaft. The take-up tension can be adjusted by regulating the current, adapting to large roll diameters.

Traction Components: Composed of traction rubber rollers and hard anodized aluminum rollers, responsible for traction of raw materials for finished product winding.

Slitting Blade Holder: Equipped with various blades such as circular blades, flat blades, and air blades. The shearing gap can be finely adjusted to meet different slitting needs.

Control System: Includes electrical (PLC, touch screen, etc.) and hydraulic components, realizing automated control and equipment movement adjustment.

 

Core Structural Features

Automated Integrated Design: Adopts PLC + touch screen control, supporting automatic meter counting, alarm shutdown, simple operation, and high precision. Dynamic tension adjustment: The magnetic powder clutch tension system adjusts tension according to roll diameter changes, and, in conjunction with photoelectric/ultrasonic correction, ensures material alignment.

Multi-blade compatibility: Supports various slitting methods including flat blades, circular blades, and air blades, adapting to different printing material requirements.

High-efficiency winding design: Equipped with air-expanded A/B dual winding shafts, supporting synchronous operation; some models support non-stop maintenance, improving production continuity.
