Transmission System: Regularly inspect gears, chains, and other components to ensure normal operation and proper lubrication. Add lubricating oil every two weeks. Replace and tighten any worn or loose parts immediately.

Slitting Blade Holder
Daily Maintenance: Lubricate the lead screw lubrication hole daily. Clean foreign objects and dust from the lead screw, blades, blade holder, and sliding guide post, and wipe them oiled.

Regular Maintenance: Check the air shaft every 6 months and the timing belt monthly. When not in use, seal the components with oil seals to prevent rust.

Control System

Wipe the machine body and buttons daily with a damp (not dripping wet) soapy cloth. Do not use alcohol to corrode the coating.

Regularly clean the electrical box to remove dust and oil stains to avoid affecting circuit functionality. Perform daily cleaning and lubrication, and annual level three maintenance.

Overall Machine Cleaning

When not in use, wipe the machine surface clean with a soft cloth. When not in use, seal the oil seals to prevent rust. During operation, observe the condition of components regularly. Stop the machine immediately and troubleshoot any abnormal noises.
