Daily Inspections Require Immediate Maintenance Following the pre-shift/during-shift/post-shift inspection procedures, the following situations indicate the need for maintenance:
Safety and Environmental Issues: Emergency stop, photoelectric protection malfunction, oil buildup on the floor, grounding resistance exceeding safe limits.
Ink and Water System Issues: Dried ink residue or damage on ink rollers and water rollers, blocked or leaking pipelines, abnormal water tank/ink fountain levels.
Mechanical Structure Issues: Foreign matter on roller surfaces, damaged or loose blankets, blocked paper feed and delivery nozzles, uneven chain belt tension, insufficient lubrication at critical points, motor temperature exceeding 60°C, loose bolts and nuts.

Print Quality Abnormalities Indicate Maintenance Needed
When output prints exhibit the following problems that cannot be resolved by parameter adjustments, it is usually due to aging components or insufficient maintenance, requiring maintenance:
Improper Registration: If misalignment persists despite multiple adjustments, it may be due to worn transmission components or excessive gear clearance.
Uneven Ink Color, Smudged/Dirty Spots: After ruling out ink and plate issues, it is most likely due to clogged anilox rollers or worn/rusted doctor blades.
Dot Deformation, Blurred Dots: Often caused by printing pressure misalignment or excessive roller runout, requiring calibration and inspection of component wear.
Abnormal Equipment Operation Indicates Maintenance
The following characteristics during operation indicate the need for maintenance:
Abnormal Sound: Impacting, screeching, or friction-like noises indicate insufficient lubrication or worn components.
Abnormal Vibration: Abnormal vibration of the machine body or local components requires checking fasteners and troubleshooting bearing wear.
Abnormal Leakage: Leaks of oil, water, ink, etc., require replacing seals and troubleshooting pipe blockages.
Electrical Abnormalities: Alarm indicator lights on the control panel or abnormal sensor signals indicate the need to clean electrical components and check for loose wiring.
