The text size should not be too small or too fine, whether it is negative or positive text, otherwise it will cause difficulties in plate making and printing.
Large solid areas should not be placed on the same plate as small characters, halftone dots, or other details. If this is unavoidable, even if it is the same color, it should be printed on two separate plates.
Avoid overprinting large solid areas with multiple colors.
Avoid designing wide and long bars and solids along the horizontal direction of the printing cylinder, as this will cause machine vibration. Ideally, use diagonal lines, curves, wavy lines, and other irregular curves.
